Overview
Sentinel Valor supplies laboratory-designated research materials. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All Sales Final
Because our products are classified as research materials and may be subject to strict handling and storage requirements, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products removed from original packaging
- Temperature-sensitive items
- Custom or special-order items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request review, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
If the issue is verified, Sentinel Valor may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.
Shipping Errors
Sentinel Valor is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Sentinel Valor to resolve an issue may result in:
- Account restriction
- Refusal of future service
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve concerns before filing disputes.
Research Use Acknowledgment
All products sold by Sentinel Valor are designated for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
Due to the regulatory classification of research materials, returned products cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain quality control and product integrity.
By completing a purchase, the buyer affirms understanding of this designation.
