Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
Processing times may be extended during:
- High order volume
- Inventory restocking
- Carrier delays
- Regulatory review procedures
Customers will be notified if processing delays exceed normal timeframes.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Sentinel Valor is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs or regulatory inspection
- Incorrect address information
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status and ensure secure delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Sentinel Valor is not liable for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages returned due to incomplete or inaccurate address details
If a package is returned to us due to address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sentinel Valor is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to carrier investigation outcomes.
Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery options where available.
Temperature-Sensitive Materials
Certain research materials may require controlled storage conditions.
Once a shipment leaves our facility, Sentinel Valor is not responsible for:
- Improper storage
- Environmental exposure
- Carrier-related delays affecting temperature stability
Shipping Restrictions
Sentinel Valor ships only to locations where research materials may be lawfully received.
We reserve the right too
- Cancel orders
- Refuse shipment
- Request additional verification
If regulatory concerns arise regarding a shipment.
